The R&D department begins to work on the creation, comparison and evaluation of the dish phase, in accordance with the demands established for the project.
TUTTI PASTA offers all of its experience as a co-maker in the development of customized dishes. In order to do so, it works with internationally-recognized chefs, collaborates with the renowned Basque Culinary Center, and participates in innovation projects along with the main universities and technology centers in Spain.
Testing and validation of final recipes phase, by means of tastings.
Drafting of technical documentation.
Packaging design, verification, and validation.
Commercial-scale production phase at Tutti Pasta factory and verification with the customer of the first manufactured lot, strictly following the ISO 9001:2008 quality control system, and accredited with the demanding IFS (Higher level) and BRC “grade A” food safety certifications.
