Antigua máquina de fabricación de Tutti Pasta Since the first pasta making machine was purchased in Italy in 1987, Tutti Pasta has collaborated with several Italian machinery manufacturers in the design of equipment to meet its specific production needs. 1991 saw the start up of the first continuous line to produce dishes made with long pasta (Spaghetti, Tagliatelle, etc) and short pasta (Macaroni, Fusilli, Ravioli, etc).

In 1994, the company's own Lasagne manufacturing system was developed and patented, and it was from this year on that the Lasagne and Cannelloni lines were automated, by developing its own technology, with the technical and mechanical expertise of national suppliers.

At the same time as this industrialisation process, the need arose to elaborate and cool béchamel, sauces and fillings in a continuous process. In this area Tutti Pasta has also implemented its own production systems without the need to outsource sauce production, and has thus been able to control the quality of all the ingredients of the dishes.

Tutti Pasta's intention is to continue increasing production volume and to automate the processes without abandoning its own production, always starting with the ingredients such as durum wheat semolina, egg, meat, tomato, milk, cream, olive oil, etc in the purest state.
