Since 1987, Tutti Pasta produces delicious Deep-frozen 5th range ready-made dishes whose target are three different markets. In a professional level including the HORECA sector, in the household and in the retail sector as private label.
TUTTI PASTA is the leading company in Spain for deep-frozen pasta with sauce dishes, and a reference within the pre-cooked, 5th range market. Originally focused on the development of ready-made Italian pasta dishes, our catalog now includes all types of recipes based on pasta, rice, meat, fish, vegetables, legumes, and potatoes.

Tutti Pasta works by reducing the environmental impact of its activity through its environmental management system that prevents, avoid and reduces the environmental impact, helping to reduce consumption and discharges or waste generated by its activity.
From its origins, TUTTI PASTA continues working for the upgrading of its facilities through a constant investment in order to increase its production capacity and its quality standards in an effective and innovative way.
Beginning with the acquisition of our first pasta-making machine, purchased in Italy in 1987, Tutti Pasta has continued to work alongside numerous Italian OEM’s in order to design machines that fit specific production needs. In 1991, the first continuous production line began to operate, producing pre-cooked dishes of long pasta (spaghetti, noodles, etc.) and short pasta (macaroni, fusilli, penne, etc.).
In 1994, we developed and patented our own new system of lasagne production. Beginning that same year and developing our own technology—with the technical and mechanical expertise of domestic suppliers—the production lines of lasagne and cannelloni were automated.
Today the company operates in a 6,500m2 facility, with a production capacity of more than 100,000 dishes per day, four highly automated production lines, four loading bays, and a warehouse for storing finished products.

We can ensure that all our 5th range products are not only made with healthy, balanced recipes, but that they also arrive to our clients in safe health conditions. All of this, while providing excellent customer service.
The company employs biologists and food technologist to be directly responsible for complying with and strictly following the Quality Management System. As a result, Tutti Pasta is accredited with the demanding IFS (Higher level) certification, which regulate quality management for companies in the food industry in order to guarantee the highest level of safety in food manufacturing and handling processes.
