PASTAS AND FILLINGS
5 varieties of Filled Fresh Pasta, pre-cooked and frozen in individual portions for quick preparation. We can also offer oven-ready sauce filled pasta, in two kilo presentation packs.
· Meat Cannelloni:
Lean pork, béchamel, water, pigs liver paté, carrot, wheat flour, onion, modified potato starch, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, chicken and meat extract and spices.

· Tuna fish Cannelloni:
Refill of tuna (Tuna in oil 32 %, flour of wheat, fresh tomato, red pepper, Neapolitan sauce, starch of potato, vinegar, milk informs in powder, onion, oil of sunflower, salt, E-471 and spices), fresh pasta with eggs (Hard wheat flour, pasteurized egg, water and salt). Grated Emmental cheese.

· Vegetable Cannelloni with Bechamel :
30 % (Mushrooms, spinach, molten cheese, flour, water, scum, olive oil, garlic, onion, starch of potato, oil of sunflower, milk informs in powder, salt, sugar and spices), fresh egg pasta with spinach 21 % (Hard wheat flour, pasteurized egg, water, spinach in powder and salt), Grated Emmental cheese.

· Lasagne of Veal with Bechamel:
Tomato sauce, beef, béchamel, carrot, water, onion, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, salt, garlic and spices.
Beef content of filling: 36%.

· Vegetable Lasagne:
Mushrooms, spinach, molten cheese, flour, water, cream, olive oil, garlic, onion, starch of potato, oil of sunflower, milk informs in powder, salt, sugar and spices. Grated Emmental cheese.

CANNELLONI AND LASAGNE WITH BECHAMEL
Pre-cooked 2 kg trays:
Cannelloni with béchamel, Veal Lasagne with béchamel and Vegetable Lasagne with béchamel.
BECHAMEL SAUCE: Whole milk, milk solids, modified potato starch, vegetable oil, salt, phosphate and sodium alginate and spices.

Oven-ready Cannelloni and Lasagne The Tutti Pasta bulk system, enables a wide range of freshly made filled pastas to be readily available at all times. The possibility of adding that personal touch enables the caterer to respond to the quality requirements demanded by today's customers.
PREPARATION:
1- Deep frozen products (-18º) permit long-term conservation in optimum conditions with no deterioration whatsoever.
Straight from the freezer, just place the desired portion on the corresponding oven tray.

2 - Cover the filled pasta pieces with béchamel sauce. Other sauces distributed by Tutti Pasta, such as Bolognese or 4 cheeses can also be used.

For that finishing touch just add some grated cheese.

3 - Place the pasta tray in a pre-heated oven at 220º and bake for twenty-five minutes.
If necessary, grill for the last two minutes of cooking time.
 Finally remove the tray from the oven and serve the requested portion on the plate, ready to eat.
