More than 30 dishes of completely fresh personalised pasta at you and your customers´ disposal in a quick and easy-to-use system, enabling the caterer to offer a wide range of dishes with virtually no investment in machinery and skilled personnel. And all less than 1 minute.




QUICK PREPARATION:

A speedy simple system that adapts to the needs of the modern caterer. In less than one minute a delicious plate of Fresh Pasta can be offered with the advantage of the availability of 30 different combinations of pasta and sauce. Thanks to our new user-friendly machine, preparation time is reduced.




PREPARATION:

1 - Preparing the product
The water in the container should be between approximately 85º and 90º, never boiling.
The sauces are defrosted and placed in the Bain Marie tubs specially designed to hold the temperature.

- Serve the Pasta
In less than a minute the Fresh Pasta has been heated, at this point the chef can add a personal touch to give the required amount of "Al dente". Once ready, the Pasta is drained in its own Colander and placed directly onto the plate.

- Serve the Sauce
The sauces are already hot in their tubs therefore the chef need only chose one of the five types of sauce and add that personal touch to the dish.
